My name is Noa Netten, I’m 19 years old and I’m in my second year of studying business economics. This year I became a member of the student rowing association Vidar and a prospective member of sorority Dionysos! I really enjoy being active besides my study and think it’s very important. By accepting new challenges, you not only learn on an academic level, but also on a personal level. You keep developing yourself!
Front stands for the active student and therefore, believes that all students should have the opportunity to do extra activities besides their studies. I hope to be in the university council next year to stand up for the active student. One thing I would like to change is that there will be fewer lectures in the evening and no more exams during the weekend. This way, students can fill in this time themselves with their extra activities. I would also like to see a return of the motivation letter when applying for exchange, so that the students’ extracurricular activities are not forgotten.
